Seems like a Fire Dept that is more concerned about how it looks than being able to do their job quickly and efficiently. FF's should be able to get off the apparatus fully dressed for the help requested of them.

I live near Concord, this is an awesome rig. I'm glad to see them getting good gear because Concord is growing so damn fast the FD has to keep expanding to keep up. Also, I like their red and black paint scheme.
